In a refreshing revelation, 21-year-old model Bella Hadid is breaking free from her trademark serious gaze and embracing a brighter, more joyous side of herself. Known for her intense and solemn presence in photos, (all I can visualize is Ramona from RHWNY) Bella opens up about her newfound sense of centeredness, attributing it to overcoming the challenges posed by Lyme disease that had once sapped her energy and vitality. Her mom, previous RHWBH star, Yolonda Hadid (previously Foster) also suffered from Lyme Disease. 

Bella candidly shares, "I was always really self-conscious of myself, and I didn't like my smile. I thought I had a crooked smile my whole life. When I started modeling, it was such an intense force that I guess I just didn't smile and I didn't want to, and then it became a thing that I didn't smile. I just wasn't really feeling well, and I didn't like my smile. I got really sick for a few years, so I kind of lost myself in that."

Now, with a triumphant spirit, Bella expresses how she finds herself smiling much more, reflecting the positive shift in her life. Overcoming the challenges posed by Lyme disease, she has rediscovered her inner strength and happiness. "Now, I smile so much more, because I'm so much more in my power and finally centered. I'm such a people person, and I kind of lost that when I wasn't feeling well, so now that I'm back working all the time, getting to do press like this is really fun. I love interacting with people. I'm figuring myself out along the way."
