WhiteBrights® RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Hello. Thank you for your attention to the WhiteBrights® Return Refund Policy.
In our attempt to deliver great customer service at every “touchpoint", we have eliminated the "small print" typically found on such official documents such as this Return/Refund Policy and a) made the type larger as well as b) created more “white space”.
We hope that by improving this space with more "white space”, additional spacing and a format "easier on the eyes" and will result in making reviewing this document a more pleasant experience.
Smile. That's all there is to it. Rest assured knowing that you are protected purchasing WhiteBrights® products with our SmileAssurance® Guarantee.

TERMS
Our Return/Refund Policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a return, refund or exchange your purchase. It's not that we want to be mean or cruel or offer bad customer service. The majority of our products are perishable so after 90 days they are no longer considered "fresh". We hope that you will understand.
To be "extra" fair, we do not begin the 90-day period until the item(s) leave our facility. Our policy is much more generous than most all of our competitors. Many of them do not offer anything.
ELIGIBILITY
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as teeth whitening serum or gel, remineralizing gel, lip plumper, whitening pens, pre-stain formulas, etc. unfortunately cannot be returned.
These items are considered personal care items. For hygienic reasons, we are not able to accept any products that are considered personal care items.
If these items are found to be defective, or not to your liking, we will gladly exchange them for a period of up to 90 days, after they have left our facility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of the original purchase.
When applicable, there are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted.
This includes any item, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces for reasons, not due to our error.
GIFT CARDS
Due to the overwhelming instances of fraud surrounding Gift Cards, WhiteBrights® Gift Cards are exempt from being returned, refunded or exchanged to WhiteBrights®.
CLAIMS PROCESS
If you find yourself interested in returning an item from WhiteBrights®, your first step should be to reach out to a WhiteBrights® SmileConcierge® who can help guide you through the process. It is necessary that you obtain an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping back to us.

REFUNDS (when applicable)
Items must be unused and in their original packaging and returned to us postage paid. (address is below). An RMA must be obtained first. (above)
When returning items to us, we highly suggest that you purchase tracking and insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items that never arrive back to us. Having tracking and insurance will protect you if the items are to become lost in the mail.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your return is received, inspecting it is our next step and this is made a priority. We work hard to inspect your return the same day that it arrives back to us. On occasion, the inspection process could take up to three business days under normal working conditions.
Once the item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you approved, then your refund will be processed at that time and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We make the refund process a priority. On occasion, this processes can take longer than what is expected.
We have worked hard to set up a fast, efficient process on our end. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the amount of time it takes the credit card and for your back to both process the refund.
To "skip" having to wait for your refund, we invite you to ask your SmileConcierge® for an "in-store" credit.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you were promised a refund but have not yet received your money yet, first please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. Let them know that you are expecting a refund to your account. They may have additional pertinent information for you. Oftentimes, we have found that it simply may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
UNFORTUNATELY, PARTS OF THIS ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL
This is the very reason we work so hard to get your refund processed as quickly as we can to begin with.
We next encourage you to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please Note: From personal experience, we realize how frustrating a credit to hit our bank account is. We have spent time reaching out to all of the major credit card issuers to learn the absolute best way to get you the credit you are entitled to, just as quickly as we can.
As a result, we have made some modifications to our internal systems to encourage the fastest, most expedited returns and credits to your account.
This is tremendously more than almost any other retailer. We know this because the banks told us we were one of the first companies to ever reach out to them to request information on how to assist customers receiving refunds in an above and beyond manner.
Beyond what we have already done, this is usually all we can do. We vow to continue to assist you until you are completely satisfied and the monies due to you have been successfully returned to your banking institution.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Smile@WhiteBrights.com and send your item(s) to:
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or an electronic gift card issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Please Note: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items that we ship to you are fully insured and trackable. That cost is on us.
